Drama School Trip- Matilda The Musical

On Tuesday 4 July, the Drama Department, led by Mr Anderson, took 31 Year 8 and 9 students to London to see Matilda the Musical at the Cambridge Theatre. Following the success of this summer’s SST show of Treasure Island, this was a treat and a chance for our budding stars to see other rising young actors display their talent in acting and singing. Everyone had a great time, and it was lights, camera, action as we all settled down to ice cream to watch a show that was out of this world! Three cheers for our Shakespearean teacher, mentor and friend, Mr Anderson!
