DofE Awards Evening 2025

Earlier this week, SST hosted its second-ever Duke of Edinburgh Awards Evening, celebrating the incredible achievements of both our Bronze and Silver participants. The evening kicked off with canapés and drinks, giving students, parents, and staff a chance to connect. Guests enjoyed heartfelt speeches from Mrs Ariza, Bethan Clark - our DofE Operations Officer, and Mr Royston, all applauding the dedication and resilience shown by our students.
The event was filled with laughter and pride as students shared funny expedition stories, creative moments such as Dana’s recital of her groups’ comic book story, and Josh and Will’s acrostic poem. Certificates were awarded and the night ended with students capturing memories under the beautiful balloon hoop.
Thank you to Miss Jenner and Mrs Ariza for organising such a fantastic celebration of our students’ DofE success!
